Risk and Opportunity Manager - Agile/HMT - 6 months - Glasgow
An opportunity for an experienced Risk Manager to lead a book of work to ensure that the Programme, and its constituent projects, proportionately and effectively manage risk and opportunities. You will define, establish, and assure the arrangements for managing risk and opportunity in the Programme, including the production of a Risk and Opportunity Management strategy and plan;
Essential Skills
- At least 3-years' experience of managing risk and opportunities in a large transformational programme of business change
- Management of Risk qualification or equivalent;
- Good understanding of HMT Orange Book;
- Experience of working in structured (waterfall), agile and hybrid environments, and understanding how these affect the approach to risk and opportunity management;
- Experience of working in the public sector at a senior level;
