Store Manager – Fast/Casual restaurant in Manchester - up to 20k + Bonus!
I am currently recruiting for a Store Manager for an exciting, fast/casual dining restaurant in Manchester!
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Store Manager, or Senior Assistant Manager from a food led background to really make their mark! With the company continuously growing and opening further restaurants, there are real opportunities to progress to the next level and enhance your career.
I am looking for a Store Manager with a proven track record in reaching sales targets and increasing profits; whilst being a ‘hands on’ manager, leading from the front and someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, managing and training your team.
The ideal Store Manager will be an exceptional leader who is self-motivated and able to communicate effectively. With the customer at the forefront of all you do, you will be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £20,000 per annum, as well as the chance to earn bonus based on your performance.
