If this is you, I have an opportunity to work with an organically grown specialist traffic management contractor that covers a broad region from Wales to the Midlands. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving commercial team.
The work involved will comprise of a variety of framework contracts, minor works and major projects for a range of clients that has been built up over a long period of time, mainly through word of mouth and recommendations.
As a company, they have increased their turnover by 83% in the space of 5 years, showing signs of steady growth and branching out into new areas of the market. One of their aspirations is to be the market leader within their niche for 3 years in a row, and then work as a main contractor for a large portion of their work. Bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor can only enhance the probability that this will happen as it will open a chance to build key relationships within the industry.
