Quantity Surveyor - Midlands (Permanent or Freelance)
Our client
Our client is a Main Contractor, with an extensive order book nationwide, on both major build and infrastructure sectors. Our client is a well-established professional body to be part of, and also is reputable for being a good company to be part of.
With a broad range of projects, including Industrial, Main build and Commercial, our client is an ever expanding company. Due to the vast amount of projects, our client has an urgent desire to recruit a Quantity Surveyor, with an immediate start.
The Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic office, covering various projects in the Midlands.
The position will be office based, tendering to all projects necessary across the midlands. This is an ideal position for anyone looking for a varied work life, whilst maintaining flexibility throughout the position.
Essential Requirements for the role of Quantity Surveyor
- Must be experienced with Design and Build contracts
- Excellent data management skills
- Extensive knowledge of cost management + payments
- Be fully eligible to work in the UK
- Ideal sector experience - Industrial / Commercial

- Due diligence in tasks, seen to the highest standard
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
The ideal candidate will receive:
- Salary up to GBP55,000
or
- Day rate up to GBP230
