Learning Support Assistant

As an LSA you will be:

• Responsible for ensuring pupils are supported with educational and pastoral needs.
• Supporting the class teacher in a fun learning environment.
• Be willing to receive ongoing training and development.
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 base.
• Enabling pupils to reach their full potential.
• Supporting pupils in a range of activities on and off site.

We will require you to have the following skills:

• Have an understanding of generic learning difficulties and associated conditions.
• The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
• Be flexible in their approach to teaching and learning.
