Your new school

You will work as a Teaching Assistant for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across the Hull and East Riding area. These Teaching Assistant opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand for Teaching Assistants from schools in your local area we are looking for experienced primary teaching assistants to fill the vacancies.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Teaching Assistant you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, either in a voluntary or paid capacity. You must have a passion for working with primary aged pupils and be dedicated to making a positive impact on their learning and development. The challenges you will face day to day mean you will need to be an approachable and patient teaching assistant who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times.
