After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have some great opportunities for Baggage Loaders to join our Ground Operations Team at Leeds Bradford Airport on a seasonal basis!
Our Baggage Loaders play an integral part in the efficient turnaround of Jet2.com's aircraft. Working on a shift basis, you will be responsible for ensuring that all baggage is loaded in the right place, at the right time and that all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers get their holiday off to a great start!
Based at Leeds Bradford Airport and reporting into the Baggage Hall Team Leaders, you will be responsible for accurately loading items onto our aircraft. Working with your colleagues, you will ensure that you meet Jet2.com's safety standards at all times. Getting our aircraft away on time is an important part in delivering customer satisfaction and this role will play a vital role in achieving our On Time Performance targets. This is a physically demanding role where you will be lifting items of up to 32kg / 5st in weight, therefore full training will be provided.
Our Baggage Loader opportunities are available on 30 hour a week contracts. We offer a competitive salary as well as full training, free car parking and fantastic opportunities for progression in a growing business!
Successful candidates will be strong team players with a positive and flexible approach. You will have a clear focus on the customer and the ability to follow clear instructions to ensure the safety of our customers, yourself and your Team. You must also hold a full UK Driving Licence.
