General Manager / Managing Director required for our client based near the Hemel Hempstead area, they are a specialist HVAC based company who supply the design, installation, service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to the commercial market. Our client has previously been involved in contracts/projects such as small split A/C system installs to larger projects such as main boiler replacements and main chiller replacements throughout NHS sites, large retail stores, universities, school and leisure centres.
The General Manager / Managing Director will be responsible for the general day to day running of the company. Duties will include; general office management, assisting the management team with contracts and projects, recruitment, monitoring the performance of engineers, involved in major company decisions and assisting in budget planning and audits.
The General Manager / Managing Director MUST have strong knowledge of the HVAC industry/products and worked in a similar position previously.
