Are you bored of the mundane, day to day runnings of a traditional Architectural Practice? An interesting opportunity has come available for an ambitious Architect to join a growing organisation in Hexham. Not being a traditional Architectural practice, the opportunity offers a unique chance to expand your working knowledge outside of the norm. On offer is the chance to work side by side with one of the most experienced Architects in the region. You will initially be working on residential and education projects, but as the projects grow, so will the projects. Their aim is to compete with the larger practices in the area.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have 1-2 years post Part 3 experience, be fully conversant with AutoCAD, and you will have had some experience with Revit. The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground of residential and commercial project experience and will also have begun to build a network of contacts in the region. Although business development will not initially be an important part of the role, having this network will be beneficial further down the line.
