My client are currently seeking 2 x Intermediate / Senior Project Quantity Surveyors to join an established rail contractor in the South East.
You will be working for one of the largest civil engineering contractors in the country who are arguably one of the busiest.
This is an ideal opportunity to be involved in a fast moving and challenging project, with great progression opportunities for the right person.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities
* Cost forecasting
* Cost and Value Reconciliation
* General subcontract administration
* Assisting sub-project teams with day-to-day commercial activities including resolution of subcontract notifications
* Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
* Assisting in preparation of main contract quotations for notified events
*Managing and assisting the some of the more junior team members.
Key Experience:
* Civils/Rail main contractor background.
* Knowledge of NEC/NR forms of contract and subcontracts
* Major project experience
