Junior Financial Accountant
Our Client a well known international firm is now seeking a Junior Accountant for their busy accounts department.

Junior Financial Accountant Key Responsibilities:
- Paying expenses via internal group process
- Checking and paying personal expenses incurred by employees
- Dealing with queries from suppliers
- Checking receipts against personal expense claims
- Processing fee receipts into the accounts receivable system
- Credit control
- Banking of receipts
- Reconciling office bank accounts
- And other ad hoc duties
- Posting month end management account journals
- Checking uploads from accounts receivable and accounts payable systems into general ledger
- Producing basic end of month management reports for analysis
Junior Financial Accountant Skills Required:
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Ability to liaise with colleagues when appropriate
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ability to construct effective written communications, including letters and reports. Capable and confident written English skills
- Confident and effective telephone skills
- Confident numeracy skills
- Full training in the role will be provided, with regular on-going training, reinforced by progress towards professional qualifications
- Training to be an accountant or relevant degree
- IT Skills
