Engineering Manager - Blackburn - Permanent - GBP50,000 - GBP55,000
We are presently seeking an Engineering Manager for a market leading FMCG manufacturing company in the Blackburn area
The focus of the position will be to lead & coordinate maintenance activity across a team of engineers, ensuring daily targets are met and that all engineering works are carried out to high quality, safety and hygiene standard.
This is a day based and hands-on position, which requires standing in for the Engineering Manager as required and applying continuous improvement, staff training and engineering administration.
The company are looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer who holds previous team leadership experience and recent exposure within the FMCG sector such as Cosmetics, Food, FMCG, Beverages or Packaging. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
In return the position is offering a basic salary in the region of GBP55,000 per annum. A very competitive benefit package including contributory based pension, life assurance & bonuses are on offer to the successful applicant.
