Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 (flexible upon experience)

The Client:
Mackenzie Stuart is working closely with a Top 50 ENR ranked Heavy Civil contractor firm specialising in transportation and infrastructure projects who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This is to have oversight over a selection of new heavy civil highway and bridge projects that have been recently secured.

The Role:
*Candidates will have a minimum of 10years experience at project management level within the US construction market.
*A strong working knowledge of the Texas transportation construction market having previously worked on Design Build/PPP projects with emphasis on highways, bridges and roadway projects.
*Previous close work with local DOTs and Transport Agencies as clients.
*Previous project management responsibility on a section of work in the region are typically $100M - +$1Billion (total construction value) with the firm.
*Full P&L accountability of projects executed reporting into the Regional GM and Project Director.
*Accountable for coordinating all scheduling, subcontractor duties, suppliers and site superintendents with regards the project.
*A strong leader with experience managing staff from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures.

Key Requirements:
*An Engineering Degree to a minimum of a Bachelors standard.
*The role holder must be willing to travel across Texas.
*Executed Design-Build/P3 projects on the contractor side in excess of $25Million with experience in transportation markets.
*The incumbent will be responsible for identifying all staffing requirements within the project, and to ensure that recruits are of sufficient quality to meet high company standards.
*A well rounded engineering and operations background is necessary with existing relationships with the major DOT and Transport Authority clients in the region would be beneficial.
* This position will require close working relationships across the disciplines to ensure a profitable, safe and high quality project that fully adheres to client expectations.
