Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bradford
Salary: GBPNegotiable + Car/Car Allowance, bonus, health cash plan, sports membership, death in service, pension and multiple team building days out the office.
Compass are exclusively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a growing Main Contractor in the Bradford area, who are looking to strengthen their Commercial team. With a turnover of over GBP60m, they are quickly becoming recognised as one of the key players in the Retail, Commercial and Industrial market.
The company have a strong client base and growing order book working with blue-chip clients such as Primark, ASDA and The Co-operative to name a few. They currently have a Commercial team of 7 based from this regions office and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manager between 2 and 3 staff of Assistant/Intermediate levels.
This role has real potential for promotion and development within the next 3 years, for the right candidate.
Role requirements:
- HNC or above in a Construction related subject
- Experience working on Retail projects from GBP100k up to GBP10m in value
- Experienced managing 2-3 Intermediate/Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Can manage projects from Estimating through to Final Accounts
- Good communication skills from internal reporting with Senior members/Directors to Site Personnel and external Stakeholders
- Excellent client facing ability
