The job
The purpose of your role is to produce Chinese and international dishes in production, catering and events as required by the company. You will cook food to required standards and specifications and also create required dishes and menus for catering and events. You will oversee the quality of delivered products, manage customer comments/ feedback and complaints, ensure food adheres to menu specifications (weight, size, texture, etc.), determine supplies needed and send order requests to the purchasing department, check quality and weight of goods received and also prepare and deliver menu presentations which will involve international travel.
Your experience
You will possess a strong culinary background with authentic knowledge and skills of Chinese and Asian cuisine with perfect knowledge on main special meals (vegan, vegetarian, low fat, low calorie, gluten intolerant etc.) You will have completed a BA culinary degree or apprenticeship or equivalent experience, have fluency in written and spoken English and be willing to travel internationally.

The Chef job is based in the West London region and is paying GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. You will be working a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 11pm, however flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
