Chase and Holland are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temp to perm position based in Mansfield. You will be working in a small team reporting to the Head of Finance with one of the UK's leading building companies who pride themselves on their commitment, service and construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Payments and Reconciliations
- Processing of Supplier Invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Building supplier relationships
- Processing payment runs by BACS
- Preparation of Purchase Invoices for Authorisation
- Daily reconciliation of the bankbook with the bank statements.
It is essential that all applicants to this vacancy possess the skills listed above, with an emphasis on team-work and commitment.
You will have good all round Purchase Ledger experience, along with strong attention to detail. To be successful in the role you must have word processing skills and Microsoft Office experience. Additionally the ideal candidate will have excellent telephone communication Skills
The salary is GBP17,000 - GBP18,000 FTE.
