A Chartered Surveying Practice in Bristol is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to complete a range of residential Building Surveys and Valuation Surveys.
As a Chartered Surveyor you will be responsible for completing a range of comprehensive services including home valuations, home buyer and building surveys. As a home based surveyor you will be covering Bristol and surrounding areas, your diary will be managed and you will be supplied with leads via an internal team.
To be considered you must be MRICS qualified and have experience within the residential sector. Individuals from a maintenance background would be well suited and previous valuation experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
You will be joining a small but rapidly expanding organisation that is managed by an individual with over 25 years' experience who has aspirations to grow the business throughout the South West. This is an excellent time to be joining the company as you could very quickly become an integral part of the business.
