Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk, Windows, Active Directory & Applications

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be dealing mainly with customer incidents and resolving software application problems. Working for a great innovative business in the centre of Bath. This is a great role that offers the chance for career progression after circa 12 months. The successful individual will need to be motivated and willing to learn/further develop their skill set.

Service Desk Analyst Requirements:

- Provide a high level of customer service
- Learn bespoke applications and services which will need technical support.
- Work within agreed SLAs.
- Liaise with different teams to highlight and resolve issues with applications.
- Maintain a knowledge base which shows resolutions for common issues and requests.
- Work a shift pattern that will include weekends and evening/night shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Experience/Skills:

- ?? Experience of working on a helpdesk i.e. providing 1st Line support
- ?? Application Support experience
- ?? Knowledge of Windows, Linux or Mac OS troubleshooting
- ?? Knowledge of Networking protocols.
- ?? Keen to develop your personal IT skill set via training

Required Skills:

- Keen interest in Information Technology
- Proactive approach to customer service
- Self??-motivated
- Good administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
