After a two-day induction, you'll spend three weeks in one of our business areas, learning about our work and our organisation, getting to grips with live project work and developing key skills.As well as soaking up complex business information, you'll boost your commercial awareness, your interpersonal skills and your self-confidence. You'll also find out first hand if we're the right organisation for you after completing the Teach First programme. If you perform well during the Summer Internship you'll be made an offer for our graduate programme for the following year.TaxYour knowledge will help high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You'll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems, and use your insight to solve long-term problems. As well as offering the following;A full insight into our profession and culture and gives a real-life view of what a career with the firm would be like.The opportunity to gain knowledge of real clients ranging from global players and FTSE 100 companies, to middle market organisations and smaller fast growing companies.You'll undertake a blended learning programme involving: gaining knowledge of the industry and market; self-development and awareness; the development of communication, business and team working skills.What you need to get inYou'll need to have achieved or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subjectDo you need sponsorship to work in the UK?We can't provide sponsorship for internships and fixed-term placements. However, if you're in full-time education in the UK under the Tier 4 (General) category, current regulations may permit temporary employment during holiday periods or as part of your studies.
