Altran is recruiting for an Office Services and Travel Co-ordinator to work in its Bath office.

As a Co-coordinator is responsible for the smooth, effective and safe running of their office, available facilities and for the UK based staff travel booking. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as being customer focussed and a committed team player.

Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, vendors and guests at front desk and maintain visitor sign-in log, ensuring confidentiality of all visitors
* Service the reception desk and the office switchboard where appropriate
* Screens phone calls, enquiries and requests and handles them as appropriate
* Deals with incoming and outgoing post and courier requests
* Support Finance Department in the processing of local invoices and other tasks as requested or needed
* Order business cards and nameplates as needed
* Oversees the ordering and stocking of the office, kitchen and other supplies as required
* Provide support to various departments with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data input etc. as and when required
* Ensure all new joiners have a DSE assessment organised and provide further advice if required on seating and VDU position
* Keep records for and report on the car park usage and short term business visitors
* Liaise with external suppliers including catering, accommodation, training providers, contract cleaners and general maintenance
* Arrange travel, accommodation and related matters for the UK based staff
* Any other duties as required by the business

Profile: Education:
* Computer literate and experience of the use of all Microsoft office products
