Care Assistant
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant to join a specialist dementia residential home in a lovely, picturesque area of Clevedon.
Your role will involve caring for elderly people in varying stages of dementia, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. This may include:
- Helping with or prompting for personal care
- Assisting with and engaging residents in activities, such as nail art, quizzes, skittles, dominoes, walks etc
- Serving meals / assisting with mealtimes
- Helping people in their daily living tasks
- Record keeping and report writing
You will be joining a welcoming and friendly team, with a great management team whose doors are always open. This home has very high standards of care for their residents, and treats everyone as an individual.
Hours of work will be 30 or 36 per week, between 8am - 8pm, with alternate weekends.
The salary for this role will be around per annum. Benefits include:
