My client is seeking a Blockchain Business Analyst who will be accountable for business analysis work within the Blockchain investigation, with a focus on business process analysis to understand how a blockchain solution would be embedded in a firm's operations and the indicative costs and savings that would be generated.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse the Blockchain pilots (process analysis / lean analysis)
* Support any of the other Innovation work undertaken
* Benefit estimation of any Blockchain effort
* Prioritise requirements within Blockchain pilots and programme
* Positive interaction with blockchain partners
* Positive interaction with market firms
* Act as a champion for Blockchain
Experience/skills:
* Business Analysis.
* Data Analysis.
* Data Definition.
* Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Business Process Modelling in BPMN, UML, etc using Visio or other process modelling tools.
* Documentation skills.
* Stakeholder Management - Confidence in dealing with different parties to define and agree requirements and standards.
* Ability to tailor communication to different parties
* Ability to formalise documentation to a high level of quality to withstand peer reviews.
* Workshop Facilitation.
* Microsoft Project skills desirable.
