Our client is a well established communications agency with a proven track record of delivering high quality design and development to the public sector and charities across East Anglia and London.
Their experience ensures that they quickly identify the right solution for any project and due to company growth they now seek a positive, hard working dynamic individual to have full responsibility for running the day to day operations that will include overall management of project administrator, developers and the design teams along with projects and the business finances.
This is a new role and will be reporting to board and will require you to have the ability to motivate the team, appraise staff, identify training requirements, and maintain annual leave, sickness and other statutory records.
You will offer excellent delivery of project and financial management, marketing and events and be responsible for the office premises, equipment etc and working closely with the business development manager to support the business growth.
The ideal applicant will be highly organised and be able to deliver inspirational and creative leadership. Able to work on multiple projects and offer excellent delivery of high quality customer services.
Degree qualified or extensive relevant experience. Management qualification would be desirable but is not essential
