As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect to be earning up to GBP40,000 in year one and a 6 figure salary by year 4 with a team having been built around you.

No previous recruitment experience is required as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant as you will join the Venturi Training Academy where your own personalised development plan will be carved out for your journey and success with us.
