Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Working hours: Full time. Between 8:30am - 5:00pm
Our Client is an independent intermediary, that successfully services the corporate and consumer market for their car leasing solutions and requirements within the UK.

Job Role
Working within their procurement team you will help and assist on a day to day basis checking of order forms, liaising with dealers to chase stock on vehicles, help set up of new deals, portal updates, assist the sales team with any quotation enquiries. Update and maintain information on a computer system and in archives. Provide a well-organized service in order to achieve maximum output and potential.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Deal directly with dealers either by telephone or email
- Respond promptly to enquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of actions taken
- Maintain dealer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Good organizational skills and able to prioritize workload based on business critical needs

- Computer skills: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. ACT or similar CRM system knowledge & experience preferred.
