An exciting opportunity within our internal recruitment team is now available at our sales office in Manchester! Working within our busy internal recruitment team, you will support the growth of the business by attracting the best talent. Aside from recruitment delivery there will be opportunities to support with project work to aid your development and enhance your career.
Here's what you can expect to be doing
- Recruiting high performing sales professionals for our Manchester and Crewe sales office for permanent, graduate and part time sales vacancies
- Attracting the best candidates to AO using a variety of techniques such as direct sourcing, job boards, headhunting etc.
- Telephone interviewing candidates
- Supporting with the facilitation of assessment centres and face to face interviews for potential candidates
- Constantly building strong relationships with employees across the business

- Educated to degree level

- Commercial mindset
- Flexibility to go the extra mile in order to achieve personal and team targets
- Commercial exposure in a B2B/B2C Sales position or Recruitment experience
