Chef de Partie required for this award winning, Gastro Pub in the Solihull Area

Salary £22-24,000 per annum as a package

Our client has been a dominant presence in the Midlands Pub scene since opening and has really earned themselves a fantastic reputation. The company are a small, but well run and stylish group of pubs in some fabulous locations and pride themselves not only on there great service but their seasonal menus which are from carefully selected, locally sourced produce.

They require a Chef de Partie with a certain level of experience, exceptional standards and flair to cooking to maintain the outstanding reputation.  Experienced on all sections in the kitchen, the Chef de Partie must be a strong and committed team player who prepares and produces menus to standards laid down by the head chef.

Required skills for the Chef de Partie Role;

  • You must have at least 2 years experience at this level or a comparable Rosette Pub/Restaurant of similar standard and an overall good knowledge of seasonal fresh ingredients.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A real team player to boost morale and give the best possible food to our guests
  • Organised – able to plan, prioritise, execute, delegate and deliver
  • Responsible and accountable – careful and thorough with a passion for high standards
  • Hands-on with a strong work ethic – this is a team role that requires leadership and motivation from the front
  • An ability to prioritise
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
  • Passion and creative flair with a keen eye for detail

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates are required to have their own transport.
