Apprentice Employment Suppport Advisor

The main purpose of this role is to work with our clients customers to provide one to one information, advice and guidance and to determine the right support to help them find lasting work. This will be conducted through a range of recruitment and development activities, to enable and inspire candidates to achieve the highest levels of independence throughout the customer's journey.

Apprentice Employment Support Advisor Fixed Term Contract (2 years)

Due to the success of their Employability Service they are recruiting an Apprentice Employment Support Advisor on a 2 year contract. The main purpose of this role is to work with our clients customers to provide one to one information, advice and guidance and to determine the right support to help them find lasting work. This will be conducted through a range of recruitment and development activities, to enable and inspire candidates to achieve the highest levels of independence throughout the customer's journey.

Gaining the relevant skills and experience to carry out this role will be accomplished through work experience, internal training/development and completion of an Employment Related Services level 3 qualification.

The apprenticeship will last for two years and pays the national apprenticeship rates of pay of £3.50 per hour for your first year and the appropriate national minimum wage rate for your age during your second year. You will also receive payment for your travel expenses to and from work.
