We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Waverley. Within the role, you will work closely with the Managers and Supervisors coupled with monitoring the smooth running of the process daily such as accurate input of data on excel. Entering all operational activities, you will monitor excel spreadsheets for business financial performance. Candidates for this role will manage their work load efficiently, ensuring we work to deliver value for money alongside regularly liaising with client, tenants and subcontractors. Handling telephone queries, you will ensure the manager is kept informed at all times whilst improving key performance indicators. Building a good working relationship with the client, you will review the total job on the MCM system and job issues to Mears alongside reviewing total number of jobs completed.

A proficient user of IT, you will be capable of using MS Excel and ideally hold experience of construction or housing industries. With excellent organisational skills, you will be an effective communicator with a clear customer focus coupled with the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Above all, we are looking for an individual who has the ability to succeed within our dynamic team.
