Our client is very innovative, VC funded, global recruitment technology company specializing in the IT sector and trying to disrupt classical recruitment agency model. You have to see demo of their system to witness how innovative solution they have. They have more than 50 clients working closely with them and operate out of two countries.
Your role within the company will involve building on our clients existing global network of IT clients and candidates, whilst developing it further and establishing new relationships in order to increase market share. This will be a fast paced, 360 position, although you will be provided with all the necessary tools and support in order to be successful
The role:
360 Recruitment Process
Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals
Building and Developing relationships with new and existing clients
Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
Cold calling, Business development, market research
