Think of being cared for like you would be in the house of a friend along with many spaces to unwind, like meadow gardens and cliff top hot tubs, an Ayurvedic inspired spa, relaxation lounges, fireside, and restaurant.
 

We are looking for are people who are confident, friendly and want to learn and develop their skills, whilst continually providing amazing customer service. You will fit in well with a team who are charming and full of smiles even at the busiest times. Excellent written and verbal English along with numeracy is essential as well as previous experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities are:

• Bar service encompassing all services between 9am and 11pm
• Ensuring allocated sections are stocked, maintained and kept clean and tidy throughout service
• Product knowledge and upselling
• Delivering room service
• Learning and understanding daily menus
• Gaining an understanding of the wine list
• Developing knowledge of the entire beverage operation
• Delivering hot drinks to an exceptional standard
