School Business and Finance Manager

BBU Grade 9 (Point 30 - 33)
20 hours a week

We are seeking to appoint an efficient, highly organised and motivated individual to take on the position of School Business and Finance Manager to lead the school's finance, personnel and administration systems in our expanding school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate
• Excellent communication and personnel skills
• Secure and proven experience in finance management including budget setting and monitoring
• Experience of human resource management including personnel systems
• Strategic thinking to ensure the continued successful development of the school vision and operational systems
• Secure organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage own and the work of others
• Excellent and transferable IT skills (a working knowledge of RM Finance would be an advantage)
• Demonstrable belief in the values and ethos of the school and an enthusiasm for all aspects of school life.
