We are seeking a client-facing Business Intelligence Developer/Architect (Programmer or Software Engineer) with IBM ODM experience to join our team.

Currently we have innovative BRMS projects throughout London and the south of England.

Suitable candidates must have:

• 4+ years of experience designing and developing business rules using IBM ODM.

• Highly knowledgeable in the use of Business Intelligence and BRMS (IBM ODM) tools to deliver solutions, understanding how to extract business rules from user knowledge and existing IT systems and build them to make most effective use of BRMS technology in a consulting capacity

• Experience working with industry standards such as Decision Model and Notation (DMN) 1.0

• 5+ years of experience in software development, eg Java developer

• Proven analytical problem solving skills, able to understand systems and business problems and bridge the gap through creative thinking and excellence communication skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently to lead technical briefings or as an active participant in pre-sales meetings.

• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely, author technical documents and design and document integration needs.

It would be also beneficial if you have:

• Experience with Business Process Management BPM tools, such as IBM BPM

• Experience integrating complex Enterprise-class solutions, involving a combination of packages and bespoke IT systems
