We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Call Handler to work on an ongoing temporary contract in Whiteley.The hours are Monday to Friday 09::00 and will involve receiving calls relating to personal injury claims following car accidents, updating the claim and escalating the caller to the relevant case handler.You will be supporting a team of Legal Professionals so an attention to detail and good administration skills along with experience of working in an inbound call centre environment is a must.The booking is for an initial 3 months but may be extended or go permanent.Job Place Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
