Recruitment Business Partner

Resource Management, RSG, London

The Recruitment Business Partner will sit on-site with one of our RPO and MSP clients. We have exclusive access to all of their recruitment needs across the business with this position owning overall responsibility for the end to end recruitment process.

You will be working as part of the current resourcing team (within HR) with exposure to senior staff across HR and the wider business.

The purpose of the role is to support the account from an operational perspective, in a highly process driven and detail focused capacity, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who understands and enjoys recruitment, and wants to continue within the industry, but focusing on the client side, coordinating the process and delivering a service.

Professional polish and credibility is paramount, as you will be representing our business to a key client and acting as their resourcing expert on site. As such, an understanding of Financial Services is required, as this is where all of our RPO businesses sit, as well as exposure to the HR structure and internal recruitment process

You need to be self-motivated and confident in your ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to your work and excellent communication skills to maintain remote relationships.

The role:

You will be the main point of contact for all hiring managers, fully submersed in the client business and sitting within their HR team. You will be responsible for coordinating the end to end recruitment process, working in conjunction with the consultants and support teams in the London office and Bristol head quarters.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of the client business and their requirements, including detailed knowledge of each vacancy and the status of recruitment, able to provide accurate and readily available information to hiring managers at any given time.

As well as a heavy focus on coordinating the process between all stakeholders and contributors, you will also be operating at an advisory level, guiding the client business on their resourcing strategy including advertising methods, budgets, market information and candidate selection.
