As a Structural Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Taking a leading role in the delivery of structural engineering projects Liaising with clients, contractors and architects
- Attending and chairing design team meetings
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design
- Building effective relationships with clients and providing direction to the project team
- Assisting in developing team members to their full potential
- Undertaking hands on design as well as checking the workings of more junior members of staff
