As the Hardware Design Engineer for a world leader in automotive safety systems you will design and develop cost effective electronics hardware for ADAS Radar products that meet the requirements of various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generate documentation to support company procedures and engineering design e.g. analysis reports, design documents and test documents
Diagnose design validation, product validation and returned unit concerns to determine root causes and to develop solutions
Support the customer from RFQ through to serial production and develop relationships with key suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders
Support the introduction of Radar ECUs into serial production at electronic production plants globally
Your profile:
University Degree (BSc / BEng) in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Several years experience within the field of analogue and digital electronics design and diagnostics
Experience in the automotive or related industry
Ability to deliver technical presentations to potential customers face-to-face or via teleconference
Willingness to travel to customers and suppliers globally, when necessary, to support engineering meetings
