Assistant CI Continuous Improvement Manager, Manchester
The Role:
Understanding and Analysing data from production and developing, implementing and leading improvement projects throughout the factory.

To train and coach individuals on CI techniques and LEAN tools for use within the factory

The Role:
Understanding and Analysing data from production and developing, implementing and leading improvement projects throughout the factory.
Responsibilities Include:
- To develop, maintain and analyse reported production outputs, highlighting key areas for improvement
- To Identify issues and opportunities within the factory for improvement
- Apply and facilitate the use of CI techniques to drive improvements in areas such as:
- Waste Reduction
- OEE Increases
- Cost Reduction and/or value creation
- Yield Increase
- To create, develop and implement projects in-line with business goals
To train and coach individuals on CI techniques and LEAN tools for use within the factory
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable in creating, developing, and implementing projects
- Ability to lead teams through projects and deliver training and coaching as required
- Enjoys structure and logical thinking
- Enjoys Problem Solving
- Experience working with LEAN tools and techniques
- IT literate, particularly with Excel
- Ability to lead by example and lead a team to achieve company objectives
