Due to phenomenal growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their very busy and successful office.Hours are 9.00 - 5.30. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great brand and working out of a fantastic branch with an energetic and fun team!
Purpose of Role
If you are currently a top performing Sales or Lettings Negotiator or you have a proven track record in a targeted sales role then this could be the ideal role for you. The chosen candidate will be offered a great overall earning package and a fantastic commission structure. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, confident, organised and an extremely well presented.
Experience/Qualifications required:
??? Proven background in a sales environment but preferably within the property industry
??? Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
??? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
??? Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
??? Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
??? Full UK driving license
