Location: Totnes, Devon (moving to Exeter in the Spring of 2018) Are you a property sales professional who is looking for a new position where you can thrive working for a not-for-profit organisation that helps people live independent lives? If so, read on.

As one of the region's largest housing associations, DCH build, maintains and manages over 22,400 homes, including rent, leasehold and shared ownership. We are a charitable organisation, but we do run a strong, commercially-minded business that re-invests as much as we can back in to new houses and thriving communities. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, target driven Sales Negotiator to join our development team.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will manage all aspects of the sales process for a targeted number of our properties on the open market, ad hoc parcels of land and garages from across our stock portfolio. You will proactively identify property and land for sale and prepare comprehensive reports and make recommendations for their disposal.
