Membership Sales Manager: 0.6 FTE (permanent); can consider 0.4 - 0.5 FTE*
Salary: £33,553 per annum pro-rata (actual salary £20,132) + commission (£10K per annum on target)
Location: Home–based, covering Hampshire & Isle of Wight

Would you like to build and develop geographically dispersed teams whose important goal is to gain new members for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust(‘HIWWT')?
Our client is looking for an experienced & highly motivated sales manager to lead membership recruitment sales teams across Hampshire & IoW.
Our client is owned by 8 regional Wildlife Trusts, and provides face-to-face membership recruitment at pre-arranged venues such as retail stores, local shows & events.
The Membership Sales Manager (‘MSM') maximises opportunity through working with the central team to provide high quality local venues/events. The successful appointee will be confident leading from the front to improve the performance of Membership Recruiters through regular training and field coaching.
This is a key leadership role for the management team and involves partnership working with HIWWT managers to identify required improvement and plan collectively to deliver continuous improvement. If you have a proven track record of managing teams to deliver targets and of adding value, this rewarding role could be for you.
Our client is looking for a high quality sales manager to fill this part-time (0.6 FTE*) post flexibly across 3 (possibly 4-5) days per week, including some weekends, who will be home-based to cover Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
* N.B. They are additionally able to receive applications from candidates able to work 2 days or 2.5 days per week at equivalent pro-rated salaries.
