An opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Experience Team at East Midlands Parkway station as a Station Supervisor.

This role will be required to supervise and lead the team with day to day activities.

You will be required to provide a high standard of customer service, including accurate and timely information provision at the station whilst assisting in providing a clean, safe and presentable environment to all East Midlands Parkway station customers according to company's contractual obligations.

Duties will include:
Monitoring on-going compliance with company processes and procedures. Maintaining the daily log Undertaking staff briefings as required, Confirming the accuracy and authorisation of timesheets, Reporting all accidents & operating incidents Undertake the rostering for all staff under your supervision. Working closely with Network Rail and other stakeholders on a daily basis. Ideally candidates should have some previous supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team. We are looking for someone who can remain efficient, calm and focused at all times but also at times of planned or unplanned disruption.

You will be passionate about delivering providing excellent customer service on a daily basis, working with challenging behaviours, leading a team with energy working closely with the local management team and to look for opportunities to drive the teams forward.

Please note this post is required to work shifts including early, late and nights also weekends and bank holidays

The successful candidate will be required to pass a Safety Critical Medical assessment. Prior knowledge of rules and regulations would be an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
