Working within a team of 4 in a growing organisation, this position requires an individual with excellent presentation and communication skills who has a background in business development, sales support administration or account management. The key function of the role is to deliver on the growth plans for membership recruitment, retention and renewal targets for the Trade Association.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Organise and deliver an effective recruitment and retention programme
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
members
• Responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing the sales
administration processes to support the core functions of membership
service; from enquiries, applications to renewal and retention.
• Providing a 'front of house' service for all Membership enquiries.
• Assisting in the organisation of and attending new member
engagement events.
• 50% membership administration support 50% account management
related activities.
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver key
objectives but also work to personal targets
• Attention to detail and ability to follow administration processes
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience of using CRM systems (essential)
The position will require the successful candidate to attend events at various locations approximately once a month. This may require an overnight stay.
