At the core of their business lie product innovation, excellent customer service and good people.The Role - Diagnostics Technical Support Specialist (Biomedical Scientist)Following expansion they seek to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Pathology Diagnostics Technical Support / Applications Support Specialist, responsible for providing technical support on a wide range of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems, utilised within pathology departments and clinical chemistry environments.In this challenging and highly rewarding role, you will liaise with customers via telephone and email and provide clients with valuable solutions for troubleshooting. You will speak with a whole host of external customer contacts, including Laboratory Managers and Laboratory Technicians, from within a range of independent scientific organisations and laboratories.Your Background - Diagnostics Technical Support Specialist (Biomedical Scientist)

To succeed in this exciting role, you must be have a qualification in a life sciences discipline and experience in diagnostics, immunology, biochemistry, haematology or immunodiagnostics. You will have previous experience either working in a diagnostics support or specialist role or within a hospital laboratory as a biomedical scientist.
