Job Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to GBP40k with a GBP60k OTE
Location: London
My client is looking for an experienced BDM preferably from a recruitment or payroll background, although they are open to experience background. They want someone who is keen to progress in their field sales career and develop new skills within the payroll industry.
In this role:
-Modern offices in the heart of London.
-Process driven company.
-Account management (with accounts already live and generating commission)
-New business element, to help grow your own client base.
-Field based role, with one or two days in the office.
-Opportunity to work from home once training is complete.
Experience:
-Payroll or Recruitment background (preferred)
-Open to industry background.
-Face to face selling experience is essential.
