RWE npower require a Senior Advisor to join their Customer Contact Centre.

This is a full time role to be based in our Oldbury office.

Role description and what we're looking for:

RWE npower are currently recruiting for a call centre advisor.

The role includes taking inbound calls from customers and assisting with queries.

You will record any queries and allocate those you are unable to resolve to the appropriate team.

The role will also include following a number of process to enable the business to accurately bill our customers in a timely manner. You will work across a number of systems to look into and solve queries that are raised.

The role involves working closely with both internal and external customers and therefore we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic and able to demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service. Ideally from a customer service or a process driven background you will have the ability to solve complex queries and take ownership of your own work.

You will be able to work accurately and efficiently whilst dealing with high volumes of work. You should also have the ability to work across a number of computer systems and ideally will have experience of using a number of systems to record data and solve queries.
