Capital Market Funding Manager

Large retail bank seeks a Capital Market Funding Manager to join the Treasury team in Edinburgh. In this role you will develop, implement and manage the bank's secured (ABS) and unsecured funding options. Specific responsibilities include: Plan and develop the bank's capital market funding activities Issuance of ABS and unsecured debt Establish ABS/EMTN programmes Maintain a robust operational and governance framework Respond to rating agencies You must be an excellent communicator with a good understanding of capital market structures in the UK market. Ideally you will have had experience of a UK securitisation or a senior unsecured debt issuance.
