Location: Leicester Working
Hours:
Full Time: 12-9pm 4 days a week and either a Saturday or Sunday
Part Time: Working between 25-35 hours on the same rota as above

You will drive and foster a success culture within your team whereby the service becomes a key differentiator for colleagues and customers, you will also drive and inspire outstanding operational performance by leading by example and providing clear direction and effective leadership.

Working collaboratively with peers, other departments and the wider business you will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also share knowledge with customers and colleagues, to ensure the service provided makes a difference. You will deliver performance one to ones, providing detailed feedback and creating development plans.

Cascading information in an objective way, you will explain processes, asking for feedback and actively seeking the teams ideas. Recognising and rewarding the right behaviours, you will also take action to address poor behaviours. You will encourage individuals and celebrate team success to create self-sustained and positive energy in the team.
