My client is one of the leading construction consultants in the south west region. They have a strong reputation for excellence with a client list that encompasses the private and public sector as well as inclusion on many framework agreements.
This role will see you working alongside project and design teams on a full range of CDM/Principal designer services. You will have an overview on projects across multiple sectors and offices and will have the opportunity to influence change with all levels of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a CDM-C from a consultancy background. You are most likely a building surveyor with an interest in doing PD work alongside project and surveying responsibilities.

* Experience working with clients and architects on CDM/PD
* Excellent negotiation and commercial skill
