Collections Advisor
Are you an experienced collections / debt recovery professional, able to work within a fast paced, volume environment? Would you like to work for a highly reputable, award winning, progressive organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire? If so, then this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Working within a very friendly team environment, your duties will include:
* Dealing within inbound and outbound calls and correspondence
* Negotiating payment arrangements with consumer and commercial debtors
* Liaising with clients and Litigation team members
* Complying with client and regulatory requirements, SLA's and TCF
You will need to have previous experience of working within a process driven, fast paced, volume environment, having first class communication skills.
